This project consists of a 11 new three story townhomes built for Hellman Properties. The units are approximately 1,500 square feet, and include 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Of the project's special features is a two car garage in each unit, which is a rarity in Downtown Central Nyack. The project is designed to make the homeowner feel as though they have become and integral part of the community.

The building was built on a site of several residential and commercial properties which had been merged in order to create these beautiful homes.

It has been designed with 2 Zone Heating and Cooling, as well as Granite Coutertops with Custom Maple cabinetry. No corners were cut in its construction and design.
